Baby Corp sends a secret-agent baby (voiced by Alec Baldwin) to investigate Puppy Corp in order to stop its dogs from stealing love from infants and thereby save the baby business. Placed with parents (voiced by Jimmy Kimmel and Lisa Kudrow), the little agent works reluctantly with their young son (voiced by Miles Bakshi) to solve the problem. Also with the voices of Steve Buscemi and Tobey Maguire. Directed by Tom McGrath. Several Elvis impersonators mumble gibberish accompanied by English subtitles. [1:37]

A baby says, "I'm dead down there" when a boy tries to tickle his side. Two male children are mocked for having "girly" middle names (Lindsey and Leslie).
► Bare baby buttocks are shown in many scenes. A few scenes show bare baby buttocks in close-up, sometimes wiggling. The cleavage in a baby's buttocks is shown above his diaper three times. A man is disguised as a woman wearing a dress. Five women wear strapless dresses (we see slight cleavage on one of the women).
► A boy powders a baby's bare behind and slaps it, resulting in flatulence and a puff of powder. A baby looks into the back of his diaper-pants (we see no flesh).
VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - A crowd of cheering people rush a stage where a man and a woman are locked into a heart-shaped box, but are freed by a baby and a boy; a huge Elvis impersonator chases the children and gnashes his teeth in close-up, then falls into a giant cat litter box and is attacked by many meowing cats (we see no feces). A man chases a baby and a boy on a metal catwalk; the children hang from a ledge, the man falls into a vat of milk and changes into a baby, and the first baby falls into a rocket, but jumps free as it launches out of the building, filling the screen with flames. A man falls into a vat of enhanced milk, changes into a baby and another man carries him away. Two babies scream and charge one another as a large Elvis picks up one of them and takes him away.

A baby staples the head of a stuffed animal twice (like torture) and rips off its head.

► A boy shoots rubber darts into the camera and all over the back of a baby boy. A baby crashes through an upper story window to a house and we hear glass tinkle. A baby in a large round baby-walker rolls down a flight of stairs, out a door, down brick steps and into the street, unharmed. A man jumps over a train and a house, chasing a boy and a baby on a bike who jump over a speeding train. A road turns to water, and the boy finds himself on a pirate ship, where he helps a baby stick a sword into a man's behind and flicks him off the ship into a ring of light, and then into a vat of milk; the pursuer changes into a pink whale with red lipstick.
► In a child's imagination sequence, a blue gorilla roars and charges the camera, the child wrestles the ape and wins; a shark snaps its jaws, swallows a family, and spits them out (no one is hurt), a car flips over a family and off-screen (no crash is heard), a tornado appears and disappears, a dinosaur head pops out and roars from a picture book and a taxi bumps a pterodactyl without harm, and a boy changes into the silhouette of a ninja and cuts a lamp in half silently.
► A baby and a boy dress as pirates and swordfight four adult pirates on a yardarm; they shoot a pirate from a cannon and into water. A boy imagines his room as a stone jail cell with the wizard from his mechanical alarm clock hanging on the wall by chains and wearing prison stripes, complaining and threatening vengeance; the boy wears a ball and chain on one ankle. Two children with gray hair and beards charge at each other and the camera cuts to a mushroom cloud that fills the screen. A Rube Goldberg machine drops an iron cage around a baby and a young boy, transporting them to a basement where they are locked into two child-safety chairs; a man tells them he intends to put a baby company out of business with his own company, and a man the size of a gorilla growls at the children, who escape and he chases them. A young boy and a baby suck pacifiers and transport through a wormhole to a baby land where they can put their hands through the babies without them noticing; the boy walks through walls and dives through floors magically and a baby-woman shouts at baby employees and then screams, "You're fired! You're all fired!"
► A young boy and a baby put many jars of baby food into a wet-vac and dump cereal puffs on top, then smear the mix on the baby's face; the boy brings a babysitter into the room and sprays him with a flood of the slime around the room and all over the man, making it look like the baby is sick and vomiting. A baby drools into the camera and then into the face of another baby, but sucks it back just in time. A baby drools a bubble of spit that disappears. A baby drools on a manila folder. A baby sneezes a yellow noodle out its nose and sucks it back in. We briefly see two tall, bowl-shaped golden potties and later, a baby sits on one of them with his back to the camera (his upper buttocks shows beneath his shirt). A baby spits pureed carrots all over a boy's face. Three babies burp very loudly with their mouths wide open. A baby cries into the camera and we see all the way down a pink throat, the uvula vibrating. A baby crawls, bumps into a woman's groin, bites her when she tries to pick him up, and throws large denomination paper money her. An adult dressed as a dog at a fair scares two children who avoid him.
► A baby says that a fairy tale is about cannibalism and burning people up; the book is thrown into a fireplace and the fire flashes larger with a whooshing noise. A portrait of a baby changes into a demon's face. A dozen tiny aliens wearing space suits clear a house of everything related to a baby and wave magic wands at a sleeping man and sleeping woman, chanting, "Forget about the baby."
