Remake of the George Burns 1979 comedy: Three retired men (Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin) lose their pensions when the company they worked for dissolves the fund and moves production to another country. Unable to make ends meet on their meager government checks, they decide to take matters into their own hands and rob a bank. Also with Ann-Margret, Joey King, Christopher Lloyd, Peter Serafinowicz, Matt Dillon and Kenan Thompson. Directed by Zach Braff. [1:36]

SEX/NUDITY 3 - A man and a woman are shown in bed, covered by sheets as they lay down and breathe deeply; it is implied that they have had sex (we see the man's shoulders and upper chest and the woman is wearing a shirt); this happens a couple of times. A woman grabs a man's clothed buttock when he bends over to stretch.
A woman flirts with a man in several scenes and he tells her that he is not interested in a relationship a few times. Men and women dance together at a reception.
Three men talk about a woman on a TV show and that she kissed all the men on the show with her tongue; one man says that the woman is a walking venereal disease and another uses a crude sexual reference.
A woman on a TV show wears a deeply cut dress that reveals her cleavage and upper abdomen. A bare-chested man is shown on the cover of a fitness magazine. Several women wear low-cut dresses at a wedding and reception (we see cleavage and bare shoulders).

VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - A man shoots at three other men during a bank robbery (glass behind the men shatters and none of them are struck); one of the men shoots the first shooter repeatedly and he screams and thrashes (the bullet are blanks and the man is uninjured).
Several masked and armed men enter a bank, fire a gun into the air, order patrons to get down on the floor and disarm a security guard while the tellers fill suitcases with money; one robber holds a gun on a banker and steals the cash from his wallet. Three men put on masks and gloves and enter a bank where they shoot into the air, order patrons and employees to the floor and stuff money into bags. Two men steal food in a grocery store; we see them putting items in their jacket pockets and down their pants before stealing a motorized cart and speeding onto the street; they are chased by a security guard on foot and they throw a roast at her and sprinkle her with flour, and then nearly crash into a bus and they are caught.
Many employees and retirees from a manufacturing company are told that their jobs and pensions will be sent overseas and dissolved; the crowd yells at the company representative. A banker tells an older man that his account has been overdrawn and that his mortgage is in default.
Two men are shown being prepped in a surgery and one man yells when he is poked with a needle. A man winces and falls to his knees; we see him in a hospital bed and we hear that he is in renal failure. A man falls to his knees during a bank robbery and seems to have trouble getting back up. An older man sits in a low-slung chair and has difficulty getting back up. A puppy bites a man's finger and we see blood on the digit.
A man drives into a shopping cart in a parking lot and speeds out onto the street; we hear cars honking as he drives out of view.
Three men take target practice and one man is thrown onto his back from the recoil (he is OK). Four men plan a bank robbery, practice the plan and talk about police response time. A man dressed as Frankenstein's monster goes into a building at a fair and closes the door (he is presumably going to scare patrons walking through the building).
Three men are questioned about a bank robbery. A teen girl asks a man if he has cancer, and then asks if her father "found Jesus or something." A man tells another man that he is "waiting to die." A man says, "I don't want to die in prison." Two men say, "Nobody's gonna get hurt" during a bank robbery. A doctor tells a man that he is going to need a kidney transplant or he will die. A man says that he rescued a dog from a drainage ditch. A man gives a teenage boy saxophone lessons, yells at him and complains about his lack of ability. Men eat at a club and complain about the food. We see a scene from "Dog Day Afternoon" where a man leads a chant in protest. A man tells another man, "Act like a man even if you have to fake it." A man says, "My Grandma got locked up last night."
Several people are shown in an infusion room with IVs in their arms; a man winces when a needle is pressed into his arm. A man urinates on himself during a bank robbery (we see his pants become wet). Three men urinate in urinals in a public restroom (we hear trickles). A man talks about having to go to the bathroom for extended periods of time and that the doctor wants to remove a part of his colon. A man says that he is lactose intolerant.

We see beer bottles on tray tables where three men have been dining (we do not see them drink), men drink beers at a bar/restaurant while eating, three men drink champagne and order more at a restaurant, people drink champagne at a wedding reception, two men drink whiskey, and people hold bottles of beer at a club (we do not see them drink).
