When a woman's (Anna Kendrick) boyfriend of 2 years (Wyatt Russell) breaks up with her, she is taken out of the bridal party of her oldest friend. Now she has to try to make the best of the situation, while seeing her ex with another woman and being seated with the undesirable invitees at table 19. A woman talks to her teenage son over the telephone in a few scenes and makes reference to sexual prowess, genital size and when she and the boy's father had sex. A woman tells her teenage son that he has a better chance of finding someone to have sex with at a wedding because the women there will be emotional and drunk. An official says, "You may kiss," to a man and a woman during a wedding. A woman jokes about a man knowing where to put his hands. A teenage boy introduces himself to a woman and tells her, "I have reached puberty." A wife tells her husband that she wanted to have an affair with another man (she did not). A husband talks about how his wife lost her virginity. A woman talks about the last time she and her husband had sex. A man talks about his roommate having a smiley face tattooed on the end of his penis and that it looks like it is "vomiting sunshine" when he urinates. A man talks about another man washing his own testicles using the first man's washcloth.
 We see a fully nude man from the back twice (we see his bare back and buttocks) as he climbs a bunk bed ladder and another man is seated in the lower bunk (they are roommates in a halfway house). A woman wears a low-cut T-shirt that reveals cleavage. Women wear low-cut and strapless dresses at a wedding that reveal cleavage, bare upper backs and shoulders. We see a photo of a woman wearing a bikini on a cellphone screen after a teenage boy searched for a celebrity's breasts. A woman is shown wearing a full slip that reveals cleavage and bare shoulders.

VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A man and a woman argue in several scenes. A man and a woman argue about her being pregnant and the man's reaction when she first told him.
 A teenage boy talks about his father being dead and that he hardly knew him. A man says that he wants to teach another man a lesson. A woman sets a wedding invitation on fire using a lighter, and then blows it out in a panic. A man bumps a table several times causing glasses to clank together. A teenage boy falls back off a log and onto the ground (he appears uninjured). A man slips and falls on a hillside (he does not appear harmed). A teenage boy says hello to a teenage girl and fall on the floor (he thinks there is a chair behind him). A man talks about people almost always letting you down. A man says to a woman, "I disappoint you." A man talks about having stolen a large sum of money from his uncle.  A woman drops a live microphone of a stage after singing a song. A woman runs into a multi-layer wedding cake and knocks it off a table; a man tries to save it and several people around him end up covered with the cake; they slip and slide on the floor. A woman nearly walks into a multi-layer wedding cake on display at a reception and we see a smudge of frosting on her dress. A woman knocks a tray out of a server's hand and it spills its contents on the floor.
 A woman vomits into a napkin at a wedding reception (we do not see goo). A man talks about not liking hotel bathtubs, and not knowing what had happened in them. A reference is made to someone describing love by defecating on a table.
