A spoiled Jack Russell terrier (voiced by Louis C.K.) lives in a New York City high rise, when his owner (voiced by Ellie Kemper) adopts a rescue dog, an unkempt, klutzy Newfoundland (voiced by Eric Stonestreet). The two dogs squabble and end up in the pound, where a feisty white rabbit (voiced by Kevin Hart) saves them and demands that they join his anti-human gang of discarded pets.
