In this sequel the teen turtles battle their old enemy (Brian Tee), a mad scientist (Tyler Perry), two mutants, (voiced by Gary Anthony Williams and Stephen "Sheamus" Farrelly) and an evil extraterrestrial (voiced by Brad Garrett). The turtles struggle against bigotry in order to save the Earth, while Master Splinter (voiced by Tony Shalhoub) reminds them of their values.
